*Minimum per appointment is 1 hour (the price for the first half hour plus the price for subsequent half hours- £47+£36=£83 is the price for the first hour for Weekday appointments + Saturday and £55+£44=£99 for Sunday), and after the 1st hour, we charge per half-hour basis.

Please note:
- T&C and minimum charges apply. When we calculate the price, we take into consideration the area dimensions and the time of the appointment. All prices and deals are valid for areas within M25. Deals cannot be combined with any other deals and promotions. Subject to availability.
- If you wish to arrange regular maintenance services for your property, then we can offer you a special discounted offer.
- For big scale jobs that are going to take more than a day, we need to perform an on-site viewing.
- All prices are for labour only and do not include any materials or other additional expenses. Rates are final with no hidden charges added and inclusive of all taxes.
- Upon your request, our specialists can go to the local store and buy all necessary materials. The price for the materials will be added separately on top of your bill. Handyman's hourly rate for sourcing the requested materials is £49. Plumbers and electricians charge £52 per hour to supply all needed materials and parts for the service completion.
- Congestion charge zone – if we are not able to come in on a scooter, please reimburse the handyman for the cost of congestion charge in addition to the fees for the job.
- Parking will be added on top of the price, only if incurred by the operatives.
*Cancellation policy: If you wish to re-schedule or cancel a service, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
